The prices depend of the season, the during of the stay, the number of persons and the apartment. Please contact us and we will send you our best offer.

High season20,00 – 35,00€
Mid season18,00 - 30,00€
Low season14,00 - 20,00€

Terms and conditions

  • The prices are per person and per day (min. stay 3 days);
  • The VAT is included in the prices. The Local Tax (except children up to 14 years) is not included in the prices;
  • The apartment is booked and confirmed by deposit of the prepayment;
  • Bed linen and towels provided;
  • On the day of arrival the apartment will be available at 4.00 p.m.. On the day of departure you are kindly requested to leave the apartment within 10.00 a.m.;
  • If you should arrive later or leave earlier as contracted, we will charge you the whole price agreed for the stay;
  • The final cleaning is chargeable, if you don’t clean the apartment before leaving;
